Excellent customer service!!!!. I tried to contact Salamander to register for the warranty on my device, I was met with a very pleasant lady that picked up the phone and within minutes my warranty had been registered. I then asked a technical question and she very helpfully got me to hold as she checked with her technical team and I was then transferred to her colleague Gavin, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond just answering my question but gave me pointers as well. Have only had the pump a few days but with the service I have just received, they have gotten themselves a customer for life. Shame I can’t give more than 5*****.

I spoke to a member of staff in Salamander Pumps’ Technical Department about a shower pump I had just installed. She was a credit to Salamander, not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable but she was very sympathetic too. She was very efficient in the way she took the time and trouble to deal with my call. A company can only be rated on the service they offer when they put the wrongs, right. She was excellent on all counts and should be congratulated on her handling of the situation.

Having run a large Engineering department, I know that people of this quality are very hard to find and should be retained to grow the reputation of the company. Thank you for her hard and efficient work, 11/10 from me. From a satisfied installer.

Excellent website with great pdf and full specifications for the range of pumps I was interested in. Our last shower pump was very noisy so I was very interested in the noise data and the information provided by your website was easy to access and perfect for answering my concerns. I can fully recommend the Salamander RP50PT 1.5 twin with acoustic mat. Great price and very quiet, very little pump noise and you can mostly hear the water movement, no transmission noise or vibration into the floor or surrounding pipe work. The whole family can shower both early morning and Late night now without worrying about upsetting the neighbours or waking one another up. Excellent purchase.

Just finished dealing with Salamander Pumps and I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially the help and information that Technical Support supplied to me concerning the installation of the Force 20 SU shower pump that is soon to be fitted.

Technical Support was excellent, talking me through obtaining the results of a flow tests, if the pipe work was suitable for different models and if it was easily changed. An excellent experience providing me with the confidence to install the best pump for the job; in this case a CT Force 30TU. Excellent. I have been a Technical Manager in another industry most of my career and I was impressed with the way this online help did what it says on the tin.

I use a few different companies for the pumps I fit for my customers but I must say the customer service I receive from salamander pumps is second to none . It’s not often you need to speak to the technical team but when you it really is nice to know they have your interest at the forefront.

My previous pump was leaking and so our plumber recommended a Salamander pump as a replacement. It was obvious when it was taken from the box that it was a quality item, sturdy and well made. It was fitted and is working well. I had difficulty in using the online system to register the warranty but the ‘Live Chat’ feature was excellent and the product was quickly registered. A very good experience.
