What to do if the hardness indicator is not displayed during testing?
- Open and close the isolation valve on AquaScan a few times to ensure that no air is trapped in the unit.
- Ensure the isolation valve is fully closed and that the TDS (hardness indicator) reading is taken before any water softener.
- Allow 30 – 60 seconds settling time before taking a reading.
